The Solution
A few quick fixes can make spaces more inviting to all people
The Result
More women and people of color choose a wider range of careers, decreasing inequality and increasing innovation
How to Do This Activity
1. Measure how inviting a space is to women and people of color
2. Revamp the space with quick fixes of big remedies
3. Share your space reface story
OPTIONAL: If you want to evaluate the impact of this toolkit, give the pre-toolkit survey to people in the space before you do the toolkit activities, and then ask the same people to take the post-toolkit survey after you do the activities.
